Using the mark.

Use the files as they are.
Don't redraw, stretch, rotate or recolor the mark, or add shadows and outlines.

Pick whichever version stands out most against what is behind it.

Give it room.
Keep clear space around the mark at least one bar wide.

It holds up small.
